OzWeb Terms of Service

1. All websites built by OzWeb are handed over with full admin access upon final payment.
2. OzWeb is not responsible for how the website is used after handover.
3. Clients are fully responsible for complying with Nigerian law and obtaining any licenses (e.g., CBN, SEC) required for their platform.
4. OzWeb will not be held liable for fraud, scams, or unauthorized transactions carried out through the platform.
5. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
6. Ongoing support, maintenance, and content updates are not included unless stated.
7. Acceptance of invoice and payment implies agreement to these terms.
